Cosmiq8 is a spiritual wellness division of DSL Verizons. We deliver both digital trial cards and energised physical cards to our customers. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver our products worldwide.

By purchasing from www.cosmiq8.com, you agree to the terms below.

  1. Types of Deliveries
  2. a) Digital Energy Card (Free Trial)
  • Delivery Method: WhatsApp (primary), optionally Email.
  • Delivery Timeline: Within 24 hours of receiving accurate details (name, date of birth, time, place).
  • Cost: Free (trial is complimentary).
  • Notes: As this is a digital service, no physical shipping is required.
  1. b) Energised Physical Energy Card
  • Delivery Method: Courier partners (BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, or equivalent).
  • Delivery Coverage: Pan-India shipping available.
  • International Shipping: Coming soon (digital trial available worldwide).
  1. Processing Timelines

Order Confirmation

  • Once payment is received, customers get an order confirmation email/WhatsApp within 24 hours.

Personalisation & Activation

  • Each card is personalised using the customer’s birth details.
  • Activation involves sacred geometry and energy alignment.
  • Processing takes 2–3 working days before dispatch.

Dispatch & Courier Handover

  • Orders are dispatched Monday–Saturday (except public holidays).
  • Tracking details are sent via SMS/WhatsApp/email once shipped.
  1. Estimated Delivery Timelines (India)
  • Metros (Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata): 3–5 working days after dispatch.
  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 4–7 working days after dispatch.
  • Remote/Rural areas: 7–10 working days after dispatch.

(Timelines are estimates; delays may occur due to courier disruptions, weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.)

  1. Shipping Charges
  • Standard shipping within India is included in the product price (unless stated otherwise at checkout).
  • Express/priority shipping (if offered) may carry additional charges, displayed before payment.
  • For international orders (when launched), shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
  1. Tracking Your Order
  • Customers will receive a tracking ID once the order is shipped.
  • Orders can be tracked on the courier partner’s official tracking page.
  • Cosmiq8 customer support is available for assistance if tracking is unclear.
  1. Delivery Attempts & RTO (Return to Origin)
  • Couriers usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.
  • If the customer is unreachable or address is incorrect, the parcel may be returned to origin (RTO).
  • If RTO occurs due to customer error (wrong address, refusal to accept, unreachable number), re-shipping charges will apply.
  1. Delivery Areas
  • Cosmiq8 currently ships physical products only within India.
  • Digital trial cards are available worldwide via WhatsApp/Email.
  • International physical deliveries will be announced soon.
  1. Delays Beyond Control

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions, natural disasters, or strikes.
  • COVID-19 or government restrictions.
  • Courier partner issues.

We will support customers in tracking and resolving delays, but we cannot guarantee timelines in such scenarios.

  1. Damaged / Lost Parcels

Damaged on Arrival

  • If the product is damaged during shipping, report within 48 hours with photos/videos.
  • Cosmiq8 will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Lost Parcels

  • If the courier confirms loss, a replacement will be shipped at no additional charge.
  1. Incorrect Address / Customer Errors

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details (name, address, phone).

  • If wrong details lead to non-delivery, re-shipping charges will apply.
  • If order is undeliverable after repeated attempts, it may be cancelled without refund.
  1. Change of Address
  • Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order is processed/shipped, address changes may not be possible.
  1. International Orders (Future)
  • Digital trials: Available instantly worldwide.
  • Physical cards: Will soon be shipped globally via DHL, FedEx, or similar partners.
  • Customers will be responsible for customs duties/taxes in their country.

  • Our liability is limited to replacing/refunding the product cost in cases of proven non-delivery or damage.
  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses due to shipping delays.
