Introduction

Cosmiq8, part of DSL Verizons, creates personalised spiritual wellness products. Because our products are custom-made, we have specific refund and cancellation rules to ensure fairness and compliance with Indian e-commerce law.

  1. Free Digital Trial
  • Delivered via WhatsApp within 24 hours.
  • No charges apply.
  • As it is free, it is not eligible for refund or cancellation.
  1. Energised Physical Card
  2. a) Order Cancellation
  • Once your details are submitted and card processing has started, cancellation is not possible.
  • If you contact us within 6 hours of placing the order, and processing hasn’t started, we may cancel and refund.
  1. b) Refund Eligibility

Refunds/replacements are offered only if:

  1. Wrong product was delivered.
  2. Product was damaged in transit.
  3. Order not delivered within 15 working days (after courier investigation).
  1. c) Non-Refundable Cases
  • Change of mind after personalisation.
  • Incorrect details provided by customer (birth data, name spelling, address).
  • Refusal to accept delivery without valid reason.
  1. Process for Refund/Replacement
  • Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery at support@cosmiq8.com or WhatsApp +91-7989708953.
  • Provide: Order ID, photos/videos of damage/issue.
  • Our team investigates within 3–5 working days.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  1. Shipping & Return Costs
  • If replacement approved, Cosmiq8 covers shipping.
  • If customer refuses delivery without reason, re-shipping charges apply.
  1. Special Cases (Discretionary)

At our discretion, we may offer store credit for genuine grievances outside standard refund terms.

  1. Address Corrections
  • Customers must provide accurate address at checkout.
  • If parcel is returned (RTO) due to incorrect address, re-shipping fees apply.
  1. Liability

Cosmiq8’s maximum liability in refund cases is limited to the purchase price.
